Delivery Method & Timing
The customer understands their credit card will be charged at the time of donation or purchase and that information entered will be protected with reasonable commercial protocols and security.
The United Way of White County will ensure it takes every effort reasonably expected to ensure the customers donation or purchase is delivered. For tangible products purchased at any time delivery shall occur within 14 days. If a longer time is taken due to unforeseen circumstances then the customer will be notified in writing.
The customer accepts that donations are non refundable.
Refunds for tangible items will be accepted with written notification within 7 days of purchase provided the item is returned in as new condition. The cost of shipping the item back to the United Way of White County will be with the customer.
Donations made to the United Way of White County as a 501c3 organization may be tax deductible. The United Way of White County advises that individuals wishing to claim donations as tax deductions should consult their own tax professional as all cases are different. The United Way of White County does not declare any or all donations are tax deductible and accepts no responsibility for such claims made by individuals or organizations.
The customer may contact the United Way of White County at any time to discuss the above policy or to arrange a refund.
